1. General Information

Health From Home Collective is operated by a sole trader based in Australia.

We provide:

  • Homeopathic remedies

  • Pranic healing sessions

  • Wellness coaching

  • Online and remote services

  • Digital content and educational information

  • Physical products posted within Australia

All content is intended for general wellbeing support and educational purposes only.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical Care 

The services and products offered by Health From Home Collective are complementary in nature.

We do not:

  • Diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions

  • Provide medical advice

  • Replace the care of a registered medical professional

  • Guarantee any health outcome

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have concerns about your health, you must seek advice from a qualified medical practitioner.

3. Client Responsibility

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

4. Online Sessions & Energy Work

Remote or online sessions (including homeopathy consults, energy healing, or coaching) involve personalised guidance based on the information you provide.

You acknowledge that:

  • Outcomes vary from person to person

  • Energy work can create temporary emotional or physical shifts

  • No guarantee of improvement, change, or specific results is made

  • Sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment

5. Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy

To respect our time and other clients:

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session incur no fee.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your booking will be charged the full fee.

  • “No-shows” will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds for Services

Under Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer refunds for:

  • A change of mind

  • Incorrect bookings

  • Not achieving desired outcomes

Refunds are provided only if required by law (e.g., major failure to deliver the service).

Products / Remedies

Due to the nature of homeopathic remedies:

  • We cannot accept returns for change of mind

  • Remedies cannot be resold or reused once purchased

  • Refunds will be provided only where required by Australian Consumer Law (e.g., product arrives damaged or is not what you ordered)

 

6. Shipping of Remedies & Products

We ship within Australia.

By ordering products, you agree that:

  • You will provide accurate delivery information

  • You accept responsibility for remedies once delivered

  • We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers
