Shipping & Returns Policy 

1. Shipping Terms

  • We ship remedies and physical products within Australia only.

  • Shipping is processed once payment is confirmed and accurate shipping address is provided.

  • We use third-party couriers. We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. courier delays, natural disasters, postal errors).

  • Once the package is marked as delivered, responsibility passes to you (the client). Please ensure someone is available to receive your parcel or that delivery address is secure.

2. Order Accuracy & Delivery Information

  • Please provide a correct and complete delivery address. We are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect shipping information.

  • If a parcel is returned to us because the address was invalid, and you request re-shipment, you may be responsible for additional postage costs.

3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations-Products

Due to the nature of homeopathic remedies and products:

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, once a purchase is completed.

  • We do not accept returns for partially used remedies (for hygiene and safety reasons).

  • Refunds or replacements are only offered if:

    • The product arrives damaged or broken

    • The product sent is incorrect (not what you ordered)

    • A statutory consumer guarantee is triggered under Australian Consumer Law

To request a refund/replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, provide photo evidence of damage or error, and return the product (unused, in original packaging) if required.

4. Session / Service Cancellations & Refunds

As outlined in our Terms & Conditions:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before a scheduled session — no fee, full refund or reschedule.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows — full session fee is charged.

  • Refunds for sessions are only provided where legally required (e.g. major failure to deliver service).

5. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • Shipping costs are borne by the client (unless otherwise stated).

  • Once we dispatch a parcel, the shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.
